to the south and we will have the entire forecast dried up in san francisco and over in oakland. the storm is causing problems all over the bay area. >> reporter: brian, you know, it is the sunday before the christmas holiday. that mean ace lot of people are out this doing last-minute shopping and going to holiday parties. but, the weather has not made it easy for drivers out this on the road. they are looking at the conditions from earlier. the standing water is hurting traffic and slow-moving drivers. and wind warnings on the bridges. this powerful storm even brought down trees on panoramic highway. and people had to detour adding hours to their trip. listen to this guy. >> they are saying that there is no power. the fire department told me the road is closed because they need to clear the tree. that was 2-1/2 hours. that is how long to cheer the trees. four hours -- clear the trees four hours ago and nobody is cutting the tree and they now say you can not pass in 12 hours. >> now, these trees weigh at least a ton and will take hours to cheer. back live, we are watching traffic as drive
that steady stream of traffic sneaking its way back up westbound. up next a look here at 880 near the oakland coliseum. you can see traffic flowing well in both directions. >>> a man is in the hospital after falling about 30 feet inside the coliseum in last nights raiders game. christien kafton is at the oakland coliseum with the investigation. good morning, christien. >> reporter: i have been texting the sheriffs office trying to find out more about this. here's what we do know during or right before last nights game a fan was on the third deck there. you can see how high that deck is there and either fell or jumped to the lower concourse below. the fan fell an estimated 30-50 feet to land on the concrete below. that fan fell during last nights raiders-broncos game. emt, police, and sheriffs deputies were on scene and able to respond quickly. there are conflicting reports over whether that fan fell or jumped. emergency workers took that fan to highland hospital just 3.5 miles away with serious injuries. his identity has not been released at this point. the raiders have released a statement s

are learning more about a shooting in oakland this morning that wounded four people. officers say they found three men suffering from gunshot wounds around 7:30 this morning near international boulevard, between 84th and 85th avenues. all three men were hospitalized. a fourth female victim was dropped off at the hospital. all of the victims are expected to be okay. police say two people were arrested in connection with this shooting. >>> a teenage boy is in critical condition after a drive-by shooting in san francisco's intermission district. police say just before 1:30 this morning, four men in a car opened fire on the teen near the intersection of potraro avenue and 24th. the wounded boy managed to walk a block to san francisco general hospital. the victim's name and age have not been released. >>> we are on storm watch again tonight. the latest system is bringing lingering rain across the bay area, starting this morning in the north bay, then moving south. here's a look at the scene, at san francisco's union square, was the wet weather didn't deter holiday shoppers. it is causing delays o

. we begin with developing news from oakland where piece are investigating a homicide involving -- please are investigating a homicide of a teenager girl t. happened about 3:30, a few blocks from the oakland --. a group of teebs were walking through the apartment -- teens were walking through the apartment complex when a gunman opened fire and killed the girl and wounded the boy. the shooter is described as a teenager boy, 13 to 16 years old who fired on the group from ground level. he is still on the run. there's no word on a motive. >>> fire swept through a san jose apartment killing a grandfather and grandmother and the granddaughter. he met stunned residents, grieving family and learned of a he officeric police officer. >> reporter: the police are still out here right now. take a look. you can see the fire was largely confined to this 1 apartment. pg and e shut down gas to the entire building. the entire apartment building is vacant. the family that lived up there ask groving and -- is grieving and in shock. families displaced by the deadly fire returned home to gather essen

on oakland road. police say at 3:00 a.m. this morning, they received a 911 call from someone saying a man had been stabbed. they arrived and were told by witnesses that during a party a fight broke out and a man was stabbed once in the stomach. he was rushed to the hospital but died. police are still trying to figure out what the argument was about. >> we don't have any motive for the homicide. but we are actively investigation. we are investigating the incident this morning. >> reporter: police tell us the victim was 30 years old. he's not been identified because they are trying to get in touch with his family. now, we were told that by -- by one of the guests that this was a graduation party but that guest wouldn't tell us much more than that. we do know there was about 20 to 30 people in attendance. the homicide unit has been out here on the scene gathering evidence. but police would still like to talk to witnesses who left the scene before they arrived. back out here live, you can see here's -- we're in a business park and the building is right next door where the latest homicide happened
